Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. CM Chicken is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Claims

All claims regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will only be accepted upon approval and must comply with our return policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, recipes, product formulations, and related materials are the intellectual property of CM Chicken. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
